My Top 5 Make Up Brushes

If you love your make up you should also love your brushes too!

Good brushes are really important to have as part of your make up kit, and having the right set of tools will make such a difference to how your face looks. Application and blending is essential to making your face look flawless, so I wanted to share with you my 5 favourite make up brushes that I love using to help me achieve a seamless finish.

1. Beauty Blender

I know I know, it's not a brush I haven't exactly started this off well BUT of course I had to include it. It is by far my most favourite item to apply make up to my face. When it first came through the post I freaked thinking I'd received the mini beauty blender but it was only when I ran it under water it absorbed to it's regular size, phew! The beauty blender does exactly what the name says, it blends! and does so amazingly. I've used drug store sponges in the past but realised the sponges would soak up too much product and leave my face patchy sometimes. If you're looking to get a make up sponge, the original beauty blender is £16 but completely worth the price you pay, plus their brand is cruelty free.

"Sorry I can't right now, I'm conditioning my hair"

Noir du Jour London

Use my exclusive discount code to get yourself 10% off!

Before the New Year, I got some products from Noir Du Jour to help tackle my long dark hair. I have always suffered with it being quite dry, especially after bleaching and dyeing it regularly throughout the years. I admire people with amazing hair so I was beyond happy seeing my locks looking healthier again after using this treatment. The hair treatment I used was the Deep Fortifying Conditioner Hair Mask and also, I used a heat protector called the Thermal Protector Hair Spray.

Both products that I've recently been using are by Dominican Magic sold by Noir Du Jour on their website www.noirdujour.com ; which can be found in the beauty section.
